A leaked promo photo suggests that Google is trying to amp up sales of its new Pixel phone by including a free Pixel watch.
The new Pixel 8 and Pixel Pro phones launch in early October but that hasn’t stopped Google from widely leaking details of its Android phones far and wide.
Now the company has leaked a promo photo of the company’s Pixel Watch which makes it sound like it would come free with the phone.

The Pixel has struggled to break into the smartphone conversation which is dominated by Apple and Samsung.
In 2022, Apple had eight of the ten top smartphones in terms of sales globally, with Samsung grabbing the other two spots.
But Google keeps positioning the Pixel as the little engine that could with advertising focusing on its self-proclaimed superior camera and faster software.
But this approach has gained the Pixel admirers including the team from Wired who proclaim it their favorite Android phone.
While the details on the new Pixel 8 and Pro are sketchy, the leaked info focuses heavily on AI and features like live translation.
The new Pixel Watch adds features from sister company Fitbit including skin temperature and more accurate heart rates.
Others have expressed their hope that the new phone won’t share the overheating issues that its predecessor shared.
The leaked marketing by the company is surely a ploy to get the phone and watch into some of the limelight that has been generated by the recent announcement by Apple for the new iPhone 15 and the new iWatch.
