Recently, Google launched its latest version of the Pixel watch which offers some significant upgrades over the first edition.
The 2.0 version offers a little for everyone with a fashionable round face to distinguish it from other smartwatches.
Google upped the battery life with a single charge lasting for 24 hours – even with the time set to constant display mode.
The battery charges faster than the previous version with a 12-hour recharge possible in only 30 minutes.
The device really shines when it comes to health and exercise as the watch fully integrates much of the knowledge from FitBit, the company Google acquired in 2021.
This fitness monitoring is helped by a wholly redesigned sensor array that utilizes five different heart rate monitors which minimize data dropouts and provide more consistent tracking.
The device also detects skin temperature and rolls this data into a feature it calls “Body Response.”
A six-month free membership for the Fitbit app is included with each watch.
